This journey is moving forward.
To be fair, this journey never really stopped to begin with. Seven months ago we hit the mother of all roadblocks. In hindsight, it was more like a speed bump. The most devastating of all speed bumps in the history of speed bumps, but a mere bump in the journey nonetheless.
The journey to Jenny will never be over. As long as there are orphans in the world, we will keep moving forward. Today we press forward toward a precious little boy in a far off country who needs to know the love of a mom, a dad, and a precocious big sister.
We are painfully aware that nothing is certain on an adoption journey, but by God's unmatched grace and perfect timing, we anticipate bringing this little guy to his forever family by the end of this summer. We hope you come with us and wrap him in your love and prayers just as much as you did for Jenny. After all, this journey never would have started without her.
